Founder and CEO Nicolas Bérard chairs the investment committee and sets the asset allocation framework. The Geneva office houses the investment team responsible for manager selection and due diligence on fund commitments and co-investments. Bérard retains final approval on all direct real estate acquisitions and private equity co-investments.

The firm's real estate sourcing combines long-standing brokerage relationships in Geneva, Zurich and Paris with direct family networks. Because the office focuses on core-plus commercial assets in Switzerland, France and Germany, much of the pipeline comes through off-market introductions rather than competitive auctions. The Geneva team handles asset management in-house.

The firm participates in both. BOS TAURUS commits as a limited partner to European mid-market buyout and growth equity funds, and selectively executes direct co-investments alongside those general partners. Its direct real estate program — focused on office and logistics assets — runs separately through a dedicated allocation.

BOS TAURUS is a multi-family office serving multiple unrelated ultra-high-net-worth families. Most clients are first-generation wealth creators from Francophone Africa, the Levant, and the GCC. The firm's ownership remains with founder Nicolas Bérard, who did not sell equity to an external aggregator.

The firm does not accept retrocessions, trailer fees, or placement fees from third-party fund managers. All fund-related fees are negotiated down and passed through to the client. This structural neutrality is a defining feature of the platform and distinguishes it from bank-owned multi-family office models.
