The Mather Group traces to founder Stewart Mather and operates today under CEO Jennifer Des Groseilliers. Strategy centers on acquiring RIAs and integrating them onto a centralized technology platform. Confirmed transactions include the 2018 purchase of Berman Investment Advisors, the 2021 acquisition of Phillips & Company and the 2023 purchase of Team Hewins.
