FA Holding was established in 2011 by Chairman and Managing Director Fawaz Algosaibi. Operating from Manama, the firm manages Saudi family capital across a deliberately broad mandate that blends tangible real assets with early-stage venture exposure. Investments divide across real estate, venture capital, and public-private collaborations. Its real estate portfolio includes the mixed-use Alsayah Square development in Busaiteen and holdings managed through the Fahad AR Algosaibi Company.
