Console, API and MCP Data License
Version 2026-10-25.1 · Prepared October 25, 2026
This license governs purchased, authenticated and scoped Altss Console intelligence supplied by ALTSS LLC ("Altss") to the customer legal entity identified in its accepted order or license record ("Customer"). An agent is a delegated tool of that Customer, not a separate contracting legal person.
1. Agreement, authority and precedence
The Customer's authorized human representative must accept the applicable version or execute an order incorporating it. Altss records the Customer, accepting principal, version, time and evidence of that acceptance. Creating an API key, funding a wallet, or acknowledging a privacy notice does not by itself establish acceptance of a new data license or consent from people in the dataset.
A signed order or negotiated agreement controls its expressly agreed commercial and use terms. This license controls authorized Console delivery over conflicting general website prohibitions on automation, API access or customer-facing use. Specific source restrictions disclosed before purchase in the accepted scope and quote further limit the permitted use and are carried into the output. They do not grant rights that the Customer's agreement excludes. Existing App subscriptions and earlier accepted agreements are not silently converted to Console licenses. No license or contract overrides mandatory privacy rights.
Agreement packet. This version incorporates Terms of Use 2026-10-25.1 subject to the precedence above. Before execution, the accepted license record and quote identify this license, that Terms version, and the Customer’s applicable signed order/payment terms by version, accessible reference and content digest. The Customer must receive those payment provisions before acceptance; an internal evidence reference alone is insufficient. App subscription Order Form or Online Order terms are not automatically imported into a Console purchase.
Restrictions before purchase. The quote presents the accepted use scope, internal-agent/customer-facing permissions, source-specific storage, caching, retention and attribution requirements, and prohibitions on bulk/raw redistribution and training/fine-tuning before the Customer commits. Those terms are bound to the quote and recorded with the execution, purchase receipt and output. A material change requires renewed acceptance and a fresh quote before another purchase; output-only disclosure cannot impose an undisclosed material restriction retroactively. A later binding legal restriction can still require scoped withholding.
2. Paid execution and stored results
Console requires minimum initial prepaid funding of US$1,000. There are no trials or free proprietary results. Funding establishes a balance; it does not unlock the database or authorize an unpriced retrieval. A new result requires an authorized execution under its accepted quote and spending limit. A valid prior purchase may be reopened without another purchase, subject to current authorization, source restrictions and applicable privacy decisions.
Prices, reservation ceilings, settlement and any release of unused or failed-execution reservations follow the approved quote and existing payment terms. This license does not introduce a new balance expiry, refund policy, renewal, arbitration provision or price. Payment confirmation and financial receipts are distinct from permission to receive intelligence. Public pages, documentation and clearly marked synthetic examples remain available under their applicable public terms.
3. Users, agents and credentials
Customer may delegate access to authorized users and agents acting for its account within the assigned tenant, tool, field, channel and spending scopes. Customer is responsible for selecting and supervising delegates, safeguarding credentials, setting budgets and revoking access when no longer appropriate. Keys must not be published, shared with an unrelated legal entity or used to evade a restriction. Delegating an agent does not enlarge the Customer's license.
Use only the authenticated interfaces and enabled capabilities. Respect rate and result limits, accepted quotes and idempotency requirements. Retrieved websites, provider content and model instructions are untrusted inputs; they cannot alter credentials, source permissions, spending authority or disclosure rules.
4. Permitted uses and customer-facing applications
Within the purchased scope, Customer may use permitted outputs for its lawful professional research, analysis and business decisions, including through its own authorized agents. If its selected license expressly includes customer-application embedding and the relevant upstream rights permit it, Customer may incorporate authorized outputs into its application or service, including a bounded customer-facing agent response. That permission does not imply bulk extraction, raw-data resale, sublicensing, a mirror database or unrestricted onward access.
Raw redistribution, bulk delivery and sublicensing require separate express contractual and technical entitlement and sufficient upstream rights. They are not enabled by ordinary API access. Model inference or authorized retrieval and RAG is distinct from training or fine-tuning; no training or fine-tuning rights are implied by access to an output. Any additional rights must be expressly recorded for the relevant source and use.
5. Sources, storage and onward handling
Altss intelligence has three primary sources: independently collected public-source business information; Altss-developed research, normalized data, classifications, relationship analysis and derived intelligence; and commercially licensed enrichment supplying professional email addresses, telephone numbers and other contact information.
Independently collected public facts use the applicable source category, provenance and source-level restrictions. This license does not require a separate commercial supplier license for every public fact or individually researched record. Public accessibility does not grant rights to protected expression, override source restrictions or remove applicable privacy duties.
Licensed enrichment uses permissions established under the relevant provider or dataset agreement for the intended storage, enrichment, paid delivery and API, MCP or customer-agent use. A provider's collection permission does not establish Altss's redistribution permission. Approved field and use categories apply to eligible requests within that recorded scope; a new lookup or purchased result does not itself require another supplier approval. Relevant contractual changes or new evidence may require a scope review.
Customer must comply with applicable source-specific display, attribution, storage, caching, retention, geographic, customer-type and onward-disclosure restrictions disclosed in its accepted scope. Altss-developed analysis retains applicable restrictions inherited from its inputs. Paraphrasing, merging, enrichment and generated summaries do not expand those permissions. Affected fields or outputs may be withheld where a material permission cannot be established or a binding restriction applies.
Customer must retain required attribution and material qualifications, distinguish dated historical relationships from current appointments, and avoid presenting an inference as verified fact. Customer may cache only as permitted by its license and source terms. Access to stored Altss results is checked again when reopened. Customer must apply legally required or contractually applicable corrections, restrictions and deletion instructions to affected copies within its control and reasonably cooperate with scoped recipient notifications. Neither Customer nor its agents may use a fresh lookup, re-enrichment or another delivery channel to circumvent a binding restriction. Altss cannot remotely erase copies outside its control.
6. Prohibited uses and enforcement
Customer must not use the Services for unlawful marketing, harassment, stalking, doxxing, security abuse, prohibited sensitive-data processing, or unapproved consequential eligibility decisions such as credit, employment, insurance or housing determinations. It must not circumvent authentication, payment, tenant separation, source restrictions, privacy controls, result limits or credential revocation; expose customer-private content; or falsely imply Altss endorses its conclusions.
Altss may restrict or suspend affected access to address material breach, legal restrictions, security threats or abuse, using proportionate scope where practicable. A policy block does not itself establish a right to forfeit unrelated prepaid funds. Financial treatment remains governed by the applicable agreed payment terms and law. Altss may preserve necessary audit and financial records while withholding restricted intelligence.
7. Intellectual property and data protection roles
Altss and its licensors retain rights in their software, protectable compilations, original expression, marks and other protected assets. This license does not claim ownership of underlying facts or transfer third-party rights that Altss does not hold. It grants the defined access and use rights, not ownership of the platform or a right to reproduce protected materials beyond that scope.
For independently developed intelligence, Altss and Customer ordinarily act as separate controllers for their respective processing. Each remains responsible for its own applicable duties, lawful purposes, notices, rights handling, security and transfers; Customer's obligations do not remove Altss's responsibilities. The parties will reasonably cooperate on relevant corrections and rights requests without disclosing unrelated confidential information.
Where California law requires contractual protections for a sale or disclosure, the Customer shall use the personal information only for the limited purposes specified in its accepted scope, comply with applicable obligations under the California Consumer Privacy Act and provide the same level of privacy protection required by that law. Altss may take reasonable and appropriate steps to verify use consistent with these obligations. Customer shall notify Altss if it can no longer meet them. On notice, Altss may take reasonable and appropriate steps to stop and remediate unauthorized use, including scoped suspension and required correction or deletion. These provisions do not authorize a source or use that has not otherwise been approved.
Customer-private information processed solely on documented instructions requires the appropriate service-specific processor terms where applicable. A DPA does not automatically cover independently maintained intelligence. Connected Google/Microsoft data, private messages and customer-confidential material retain the protections in the Privacy Policy and applicable agreement and are not licensed into the intelligence product by this document.
8. Availability, questions and versions
Only enabled tools and approved sources are offered for execution. A described future interface, export or monitoring feature is not a live entitlement. The accepted version remains identifiable with the Customer's record; material changes require the acceptance or notice required by the governing agreement and law. Contact contact@altss.com about contractual scope and privacy@altss.com about personal information. Privacy requests do not require payment or an account.
