ATIP does not manage external capital; it sells a software platform. Co-founder and CEO Raj Doshi leads product and commercial strategy. CTO Rohan Malhotra oversees the engineering team that builds the machine-learning pipelines. Neither executive makes portfolio-level investment decisions on behalf of clients. ATIP's clients — hedge funds and family offices — retain full discretion over their own strategies.

ATIP is a technology vendor. The firm generates revenue from software subscriptions, not management fees or performance carry. It does not file a 13F and is not registered as an investment adviser. The company's Series A investor syndicate — led by Founders Fund — is consistent with an enterprise-SaaS capitalization table, not a fund structure.

The platform integrates raw feeds including satellite imagery, consumer-transaction panels, and mobile-app download data. ATIP has confirmed integrations with Bloomberg Second Measure for transaction data and Orbital Insight for geospatial feeds. Clients can also upload proprietary datasets into their private instance, which ATIP's natural-language processing layer then indexes for query by fundamental analysts.

ATIP is a software company, not an investment firm. It does not make fund commitments, direct investments, or co-investments. The company itself has raised venture capital — most recently a $12 million Series A in 2022 per PitchBook data — but that capital funds ATIP's own operations, not a portfolio of external positions.
