The portfolio mixes listed equities, liability-driven fixed income, UK real estate and clean-energy infrastructure. Confirmed holdings include commitments to the Octopus Affordable Housing Fund, BlackRock UK Property Fund, CBRE Global Investors UK Property Fund, Federated Hermes Property Unit Trust and Capital Dynamics Clean Energy Infrastructure VII & VIII. Geographic exposure centers on the United Kingdom with additional positions in European private debt and North American natural capital through Brunel-managed vehicles. Assets total 8.1 billion USD with a staff of 38 professionals based in Bath. The fund participates in the Local Authority Pension Fund Forum and the Institutional Investors Group on Climate Change. In December 2025 it sponsored a committee meeting in Bath that reviewed aerospace and defence holdings. Assets are pooled through Brunel Pension Partnership, with a planned transition to Local Pension Partnership Investments beginning in 2026. This structure separates scheme administration, held by Bath & North East Somerset Council, from investment execution managed by the pooling entity.
