Branham Corporation, operating as Branham Industrial, was founded in 1973 in Louisville, Kentucky by the late William E. Branham and Stephen Mingis. The company launched as Branham-Mingis inside a single 3,000-square-foot location, distributing industrial rubber products. From that base, it grew organically and through acquisition, eventually consolidating under the Branham Industrial name with five fabrication and distribution plants and eight sales locations. Branham's deployment model is straightforward physical-capital ownership: it fabricates and distributes industrial hoses, gaskets, sealing products, and expansion joints, coupled with field installation and repair services. Its product lines also cover light and heavy conveyor belts, hydraulic components, power transmission, and safety products. The certified ISO 9001:2015 fabrication shops provide testing, splicing, and vulcanization services across sectors that include chemical, petrochemical, refining, mining, steel, aggregates, transportation, construction, and automotive manufacturing. Geographic coverage spans the eastern and southeastern United States through offices in Kentucky, Texas, Mississippi, and Tennessee, plus an Asia-facing fabrication facility in Yantai, China established in 2007. Branham employs more than 100 full-time people across its locations. In 2023 the firm marked 50 years of operation, an anniversary noted on its site alongside its continuing push into engineered sealing products and certification services. The company maintains the ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification and holds PED and CRN credentials, including Quebec-specific registration, which allow it to supply pressure equipment to regulated markets in North America and Europe. Branham's structural differentiator is its dual-hemisphere fabrication footprint: it operates both domestic US plants for same-day and line-down field service and a China-based facility that provides sourcing leverage and sales access in Asia. This combination of local heavy-industrial service capability and direct offshore fabrication capacity is uncommon among mid-market industrial distributors.
