The initiative operates as a pooled funding project at Panorama Global, leveraging donor funds with Tides Center serving as the fiscal sponsor, to elevate issues affecting children globally. Its grantmaking strategy promotes collaboration across organizations and coalitions, focusing on areas such as education, violence prevention, early childhood development, cyber-security, and children's rights. The firm adopts a holistic "whole child" approach, recognizing the interrelated physical, social, emotional, educational, and intellectual needs of children through their life stages. Grantees work directly with affected communities to strengthen their role in the design, decision-making, and delivery of policies and programs. Key focus areas include inclusive quality education, preventing sexual abuse and exploitation, improving care, mental health, nutrition, sanitation, disability rights, and gender equality.
