Cross Ocean Adviser (Ireland) Limited was the regulated Irish management entity of Cross Ocean Partners, a global special-situations investment platform. It served as the on-the-ground European presence, authorized by the Central Bank of Ireland as an AIFM, allowing the group to originate, structure and manage European credit transactions directly rather than through offshore vehicles.

The firm focuses on dislocation-driven private credit, primarily corporate rescue financing, stressed and distressed real estate debt, non-performing loan acquisitions, and hard-asset restructurings. Its mandate targets complexity premiums — situations where traditional lenders have withdrawn and bespoke capital solutions are required — rather than broad market exposure.
