Dacheng Industrial

Kong Zhanpeng and Wang Tieguang, both executive directors of Global Bio-chem Technology Group, are former beneficial owners of equity in Dacheng Industrial and sit closest to the entity's governance. However, Dacheng Industrial operates as a corporate investment vehicle inside the GBT listed structure, so strategic decisions around real assets and plant development are ultimately made within the framework of the parent company's board and executive team.

Global Bio-chem Technology Group Company Limited acquired the entire equity interest of Dacheng Industrial in 2005. Dacheng now functions as a holding entity inside the publicly traded GBT umbrella, housing the original corn-processing plants and real estate assets while GBT serves as the listed parent.

The wealth originated from corn and biochemical processing in Northeast China — amino acids, starch, and sweetener production at industrial plants in Changchun and Dehui, Jilin Province. The physical facilities trace back to founder Xu Zhouwen, who built the business prior to the 2005 sale to GBT.

The portfolio includes the original Dacheng Industrial Plant in Yangjia Village, remaining industrial properties in Luyuan District of Changchun, a second plant site in Dehui, Jilin Province, and a mixed-use building in Urumqi constructed to Passive House energy-efficiency standards.

There is no public record of Dacheng Industrial holding assets or deploying capital outside mainland China. All known facilities — Changchun, Dehui, Urumqi — are domestic, and the entity's investment posture remains tied to GBT's mainland corn-processing operations.
