Frequently asked questions
How does DANA R. NORMAN structure its real estate investments?
The firm acquires commercial properties for its own balance sheet using limited or no leverage, holding assets for extended periods without a fund-driven disposition timeline. It does not syndicate deals, accept outside limited partners, or pursue development-for-sale strategies. Public property records point to direct equity ownership of office, retail, and multifamily assets in core New York and South Florida locations.
Is DANA R. NORMAN open to co-investment or outside capital?
The firm has never raised institutional capital or offered co-investment participation to external parties. It operates as a proprietary balance-sheet investor with no fund structure, no disclosed limited partners, and no history of joint ventures with institutional real estate managers. This posture effectively closes the vehicle to allocator access.
