DISA does not publicly publish a formal exclusion list, but its operational footprint is de facto limited to employers requiring safety-sensitive workforce compliance — energy, manufacturing, transportation, and government contractors. The firm does not compete in generalist HR software, recruitment process outsourcing, or non-regulated white-collar background checks where margins and switching costs are structurally lower.
