Its asset portfolio includes the Science and Intelligence Hub City mixed-use development across two phases, the Biopharmaceutical Industrial Park, and the Songshan Lake Materials Laboratory site. Strategic partners already established in the zone include OPPO, which is building a RMB 10 billion Intelligent Manufacturing Center, and the City University of Hong Kong (Dongguan) campus, which provides an academic and research pipeline. Beyond physical construction, the group serves as the convening body for the zone's innovation ecosystem. It maintains a membership in the Global Cooperation Alliance of Science Centers, a professional network linking science parks internationally. A connected philanthropic vehicleoperates in parallel.
