Executive Chairman and founder Raymond Ng Ah Hua holds controlling equity and sets strategic direction. Chief Investment Officer Toh Jia Sheng Adrian handles day-to-day investment execution. The firm is publicly listed on the Singapore Exchange but functions with concentrated decision-making authority resting with Ng.

The portfolio is concentrated in Singaporean hard assets: industrial buildings (Lam Soon Industrial Building, Carros Centre), a Good Class Bungalow in Camden Park, and commodities exposure to platinum group metals and copper. It also holds significant personal collections — Chinese snuff bottles, vintage automobiles, and imperial-era artifacts — housed within the corporate structure.

Legacy recycling and e-waste operations remain on the books but have been contracting in scale. Per SGX filings, the company has progressively pivoted toward property investment and asset management, with the environmental services segment now a secondary contributor to the overall asset base.

Deal flow comes through the founder's local network and joint ventures — most notably with BS Capital Group via EH Property & Investment. Acquisitions have centered on Singaporean industrial and commercial assets purchased from related parties or distressed sellers and held on-balance-sheet for recurring yield.

Enviro-Hub is a publicly listed corporate investor that deploys its own corporate treasury. There is no disclosed third-party fund management business, no private credit arm, and no evidence of institutional LP relationships. It operates with the capital structure of a listed company under concentrated insider ownership.

The boundary is deliberately porous. Assets including the Camden Park GCB, the Chinese art collection, and Tang Dynasty City artifacts are held under the corporate umbrella, making it difficult to separate the firm's investment portfolio from Ng's personal patrimony. This is an unusual structure for a publicly listed entity.

Ng built his wealth through electronic waste recycling and scrap-metal trading starting in the late 1990s. The original operating business generated cash flows that he redeployed into Singaporean real estate, commodities, and collectibles — progressively shifting the nature of the corporate vehicle from operating company to asset-holding entity.
