Partners Alois Flatz and Christopher Hoffmann run the investment process under the Direttissima brand, alongside fellow Partner Philipp Bolliger. Direttissima targets European growth-stage companies that have already proven product-market fit, cleared €5 million in revenue and operate with asset-light, sound unit economics. The firm takes concentrated positions — €5-10 million initial tickets, up to €15 million total — and provides hands-on strategic support rather than passive oversight. The fund explicitly avoids sectors requiring heavy capex or pre-revenue technology risk.

It makes direct growth-equity investments, typically leading or co-leading funding rounds. There is no indication that Direttissima operates a fund-of-funds sleeve or commits to external GPs. Its capital is raised from a network of European entrepreneurs and business owners, and it deploys that capital straight into portfolio companies.

Direttissima invests across Europe and actively supports international expansion beyond the continent. Its portfolio includes Switzerland-based Bug Bounty Switzerland and Hololight, UK-based Zeelo, Germany-linked Unchained Robotics and Boost Inc., which serves customers in Europe and the US.

The firm concentrates solely on growth-stage companies — those that have already navigated technological risk, built substantial product revenues, and need capital to scale internationally. It does not participate in seed, pre-seed, or late-stage buyout transactions.
