Strategic capital allocation is governed by the family-led advisory board under Chairman Andreas Hettich, with day-to-day investment execution managed by Sascha Gross, the group's Managing Director. The holding company does not maintain a separate CIO office for public-markets activities, as investment decisions are integrated into corporate treasury functions.

Hettich Holding functions as both the parent entity controlling the furniture-hardware manufacturing group and the platform for new investment activity. Unlike typical corporate structures that ring-fence an investment subsidiary, Hettich Holding directly absorbs real estate, minority stakes, and credit exposures alongside its controlling interest in the operating companies.

Hettich invests directly in real estate, concentrating on industrial properties — logistics centers, manufacturing plants, and warehouse facilities — that correlate with the core operating geography. The group has expanded this portfolio recently, including logistics assets in the Czech Republic, and does not widely use third-party real estate fund structures.

Corporate investments are concentrated in industrial technology and automotive supply chains, most notably through a known minority position in Brose Fahrzeugteile, a tier-one global automotive supplier. The group also evaluates machinery and advanced-manufacturing companies that align with its own industrial DNA.

Hettich operates as a corporate investor; its capital deployment is embedded inside Hettich Holding, the same entity that stewards the operating group. It does not market itself as a single-family office and does not report AUM or separate investment-entity metrics to the public, making the corporate-investor classification the most accurate.
