Hiphen is not an investment firm — it is an agricultural image-analytics company. Alexis Comar acts as CEO and Founder, and strategic decisions are made by the executive team that includes the R&D Director, COO, and CTO. There is no external investment committee or allocator function.

Hiphen develops its core image-analysis algorithms and trait models in-house through its team of agronomists, image-processing engineers, and data scientists. Through the UMT CAPTE research unit, it co-develops remote-sensing methods that undergo peer review before being integrated into the Cloverfield platform, creating a proprietary pipeline from academic validation to commercial product.

Hiphen serves the agricultural research ecosystem — seed breeders, crop-protection developers, biological-product companies, and academic institutions.
