iContracts develops and operates the Medispend Revenue Management Suite (RMS), an enterprise platform for pharmaceutical manufacturers to manage contracts, chargebacks, rebates, government pricing, and gross-to-net forecasting. The firm also provides managed services, where it processes data validation, reporting, and regulatory submissions on behalf of clients.

iContracts operates as both. It sells the Medispend RMS platform as licensed software and also offers a fully outsourced managed-services option where iContracts staff handle processing, validation, and submission tasks. Clients can choose either deployment model or a hybrid approach.

iContracts' platform supports government pricing mandates for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), and state price transparency requirements. It automates calculations for Medicaid, Medicare Gap, and PHS validation, and generates submission-ready files for each regulator.

iContracts targets pharmaceutical manufacturers, from companies preparing for a first product launch to those managing complex multi-product portfolios. Its clients are primarily in the life sciences sector operating in the United States.
