The John Ritter Foundation for Aortic Health is a non-profit organization established in 2003 by Amy Yasbeck, wife of the late actor John Ritter, who died from a misdiagnosed aortic dissection. For over 20 years, the foundation has been dedicated to funding research, providing education, and raising awareness of thoracic aortic aneurysm and dissection to prevent unnecessary suffering and save lives.
