K Fund

K Fund is a venture capital firm that invests €100k to €10M in technology-based startups using simple terms. The firm is obsessed with new categories at the intersection of existing business models and tech enablers, combining diversity of thought and complementary skillsets through a team of former entrepreneurs, operators, and leaders. Sector interests include double-use technologies, software solutions for SMEs (especially those leveraging AI), logistics, foodtech, fintech, and user-centric products at the intersection of technology and creativity. K Fund operates a pre-seed investment program called K Founders, led by team member Marc Clemente. The team brings deep operating and investing experience across companies including CARTO, Telefonica, ING Direct, Lyft, Credit Suisse, Mosaic Ventures, and Felix Capital. Founding partner Iñaki Arrola previously co-founded pre-seed vehicle Vitamina K, whose portfolio included CARTO, Mailtrack, and Promofarma. Partner Pablo Ventura, formerly of JME Venture Capital, led investments into now-unicorns Jobandtalent and Flywire before joining K Fund. The firm maintains a strong connection to the Spanish startup ecosystem, with team member Jaime Novoa managing the Dealflow.es newsletter focused on that market.
