The firm's published customer base and executive experience name retail, automotive, consumer packaged goods, oil and gas, food and beverage, third-party logistics, high-tech, and federal industries. No explicit avoidance policy is publicly stated.

Optilogic does not make co-investments, as it is an enterprise software company rather than an investment firm. Its partnerships take the form of professional-services engagements through its Solutions team and platform-as-a-service customer relationships, not capital deployment.
