The foundation targets a buyout-oriented strategy applied to human capital, not corporate equity: it acquires potential by funding STEM education and then placing graduates into the local defense and aerospace supply chain. Huntsville’s Marshall Space Flight Center and the surrounding National Defense Industrial Association ecosystem serve as both partners and destination employers.
