Managing partner Ben Moe oversees origination, evaluation, and execution of all investments and serves on the investment committee. Chairman Michael Babb, who founded the firm in 2014, also sits on the investment committee and focuses on management and value creation within portfolio companies. Partner and CFO Will Newbrander rounds out the committee while managing firm operations and compliance.

Osceola’s strategy relies on a cultivated network of founder and business-owner relationships rather than broad auction processes. The firm’s principals lean on extensive operating and transactional backgrounds—Ben Moe completed over 125 M&A transactions prior to Osceola—to generate proprietary flow in fragmented service industries. Its public-facing language explicitly prioritizes relationships over ideas and markets, which aligns with a sourcing model built on direct engagement rather than intermediary-driven deal flow.

Osceola targets lower middle market businesses in business services, industrial and facility maintenance, and specialty healthcare services. Portfolio companies include Revelation Pharma, a compounding pharmacy platform; Tendit Group, an exterior facility services company; and Fortify Restoration, which provides structural restoration for high-rise buildings. The firm takes control equity positions and works with management teams to consolidate fragmented regional markets.

Osceola has not publicly disclosed its assets under management or aggregate capital deployed. As a small, relationally driven firm with no outside marketing presence, it does not report fund sizes or investment capacity. Its public materials emphasize its approach rather than its scale.
