General Information
The Pactiv Pension Plan, also referred to as the Pactiv Retirement Plan, historically provided pension coverage to salaried employees of Pactiv Corporation and its predecessor, Tenneco Packaging. This plan covered employees prior to April 12, 1999, after which Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) adopted a successor pension plan effective May 1, 2004.
