Paragon Investment Holdings is a diversified investment group building Namibia's economy across aviation support services, hospitality, travel retail, fishing, food production and distribution, media, newspaper publishing, duty free and property development. Founded by Desmond Amunyela and Lazarus Jacobs, it has grown from a single idea into a group with an operational footprint across Namibia, Zambia and Zimbabwe. The group holds a majority stake in most of its subsidiaries and plays a direct role in shaping the industries it operates in.
