The board includes representatives from trade unions and municipal associations. The fund holds minority positions in multiple Dutch real estate vehicles including Achmea Dutch Residential Fund, CBRE Dutch Residential Fund, Altera Residential Fund, and Achmea Dutch Retail Property Fund. It also maintains exposure to global equities with reported positions in NVIDIA, Microsoft, Taiwan Semiconductor, and Apple. Geographic reach centers on the Netherlands for property assets and extends to North America, Europe, and Asia through listed holdings. Assets under management stand at approximately $11.3 billion. The fund works with APG for pension administration and asset management services. It participates in the PRI Reporting Framework and maintains membership in GRESB and the Code Pensioenfondsen.
