The DP World Tour partnership integrates international commercial operations, though the scale of the merged enterprise's balance sheet remains undisclosed. The structural differentiator is the hybrid governance model: a members' organization that now carries outside institutional capital on its for-profit balance sheet, with player-directors and consortium representatives sharing a boardroom.
