Patrick De Silva serves as Chief Investment Partner at PixVC. He founded the firm and, per the firm's website, draws on his background as a Chartered Accountant and former CEO of Rutledge Oilfield Group to lead the investment process. No other investment committee members are publicly disclosed.

PixVC sources deals through collaborative partnerships with incubators, accelerators, and university research labs. The firm has direct inroads to the Israeli startup ecosystem and maintains a network that spans Singapore, India, China, and Southeast Asia, co-investing alongside entities like Rad Biomed Accelerator, SG Innovate, and Indian Angel Network.

Pix Vine Capital is structured as a venture capital firm, not a family office. It is described as a Singapore-based Investment House and provides early-stage funding to startups across multiple geographic markets. The firm appears to manage external capital, though its limited partner base has not been publicly disclosed.

PixVC states its initial funding ranges from US$250,000 to US$500,000. For follow-on rounds, the firm can deploy up to US$1 million, according to its published strategy. This positions PixVC as a seed and early-stage investor.

The firm invests in three core sectors: Info-Tech (covering digital media, cybersecurity, cloud, IoT, and e-commerce), Med-Tech (advanced diagnostics, minimally invasive surgical equipment, cardiovascular and neurovascular therapies, cell therapy), and FinTech (digital payments, P2P lending, FX transfers, insurtech, cryptocurrency, and blockchain).

While Israel was PixVC's initial focus, the firm has invested across at least nine countries: Israel, Singapore, China, India, Malaysia, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Thailand. Its website also lists future geographic ambitions in Silicon Valley, Boston, and Europe.

PixVC has disclosed at least four exits across its portfolio. Croak.it was acquired by Exotel in 2015, NoPaperForms by Careers360 in 2015, Foody.vn by SEA in 2017, and Vicare by VinGroup in 2018. Eon Surgical was acquired by Teleflex Inc. in 2013, though it is unclear if PixVC held that position at exit.
