Princeton Theological Seminary was established in 1812 in Princeton, New Jersey. It operates as the largest of ten seminaries tied to the Presbyterian Church (USA) and maintains programs that combine theological study with preparation for church and academic leadership. The endowment holds direct ownership of the main campus at 64 Mercer Street, the Charlotte Rachel Wilson Student Campus, and The Farminary. It also maintains a position in Brookfield Global Listed Infrastructure Fund and committed to Aliter Capital I, LP as a limited partner through the endowment vehicle. Geographic exposure centers on New Jersey real assets and select UK private equity. The seminary maintains two philanthropic vehicles: the Martha Banyar Le Roy Legacy Society and the Princeton Theological Seminary Reparations Fund established in 2019. It joined the Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility in 2023 as its first theological member. Governance centers on the board chaired by Michael G. Fisch, who also founded American Securities LLC, creating a link between seminary oversight and private equity operations.
