Het Cultuurfonds, formerly Prins Bernhard Cultuurfonds, was founded in 1940. It is the largest private cultural fund in the Netherlands, investing 35 to 40 million euros annually in over 3,500 cultural and nature preservation projects across the Netherlands and the Caribbean part of the Kingdom.
