Puget Sound Refinery FCU

Membership is restricted to current HF Sinclair Puget Sound Refinery employees, retired pensioners or annuitants, long-term contractors, all USW Local 12-591 members, immediate family of those listed, and spouses of deceased members who fell within the field of membership.

Four. It was created as North Montana Texaco Employees Federal Credit Union in 1954, became Puget Sound Texaco Federal Credit Union in 1958, transitioned to E.E. Federal Credit Union after the Texaco-Equilon merger, shifted again when Shell took over the refinery, and landed on Puget Sound Refinery Federal Credit Union in 2002.

No direct investment, venture capital, private equity, or fund commitment activity is evident. The credit union operates a standard depository lending model — funding consumer and mortgage loans from member share deposits — and lists vehicles for sale on its website, consistent with a repo or member-consignment function.

The credit union has a volunteer board of directors, referenced on its website, though individual board members are not named in publicly available materials. Day-to-day operations are managed by three staff members: Darene Follett, Tracy Duncan, and Eli White.
