Quadrature represents Jensen's effort to run those methodologies inside a structure he controls entirely.

Sushil Wadhwani, founder of Wadhwani Asset Management, provided roughly $1 billion in anchor capital for the launch (per Bloomberg, 2025). The firm also raised additional funds from external institutional investors, though specific names and total commitment figures have not been publicly disclosed. The launch structure combined founder capital from Wadhwani with third-party institutional commitments.

Quadrature operates as a single-strategy systematic macro firm, not a multi-manager platform. It runs one central process across liquid macro instruments — rates, FX, equities, and commodities — rather than allocating to multiple independent portfolio manager pods. That architecture is closer to a single-process quant fund than a Citadel or Millennium multi-strategy structure.

Sushil Wadhwani is a former member of the Bank of England's Monetary Policy Committee and the founder of Wadhwani Asset Management, a London-based quantitative macro firm. Wadhwani provided the anchor capital commitment for Quadrature and serves as co-founder, but public reporting describes his role primarily as a capital partner and institutional backer rather than a day-to-day portfolio manager.
