Qualitech was established in Bangkok on 11 February 1991 with registered capital of 2 million baht. Its first regulatory credential was a Department of Public Works certificate for inspecting LPG cylinders, storage tanks, gas-transport equipment and pipeline systems. That niche set the firm on a trajectory tied to Thailand's build-out of natural-gas infrastructure: by 1999 it was testing the Ratchaburi–Wangnoi transmission pipeline for PTT Public Company Limited, and a year later it began platform-inspection work in the Gulf of Thailand that continues today. The firm's service mix spans non-destructive testing, destructive mechanical and metallurgical laboratory work, risk-based inspection, maintenance and restoration, and engineering advisory. It delivers these primarily to domestic and international energy customers; its website names Chevron Thailand Exploration and Production and IRPC Public Company Limited among clients recognized through contractor awards. Geographic coverage runs from the Eastern Economic Corridor — with offices in Rayong, Si Racha and Ban Bueng — back to a Bangkok marketing office, and had extended to Myanmar until the subsidiary's dissolution in May 2024. Headcount and total deployment are not publicly disclosed. Registered capital has risen over three decades to 98 million baht. Adjacent vehicles include Qualitech Services and Qualitech Solution Energy Company Limited, a subsidiary incorporated in April 2021 to produce and distribute electricity from solar power. In May 2024 the firm dissolved Qualitech Myanmar Company Limited, stating the wind-down does not affect continuing operations. Structurally, Qualitech is not a family office or an allocator: it is an engineering-services contractor listed on a junior exchange, earning revenue directly from industrial inspection and testing contracts. Its capital decisions — such as board resolutions to acquire and later divest a 49 percent stake in Property Aim Solutions Co., Ltd. — are corporate actions of a listed company, not portfolio-allocation moves. That operating-company profile distinguishes it from any firm that deploys third-party capital into funds or direct investments.
