Chungsuk Kim is the President and Chief Investment Officer, directing all investment decisions since founding the firm in 1996. Sung-Lim Hwang serves as Director of Research, overseeing the quantitative models that drive the firm's systematic strategies. The firm's investment process is model-driven rather than discretionary, so the research team's model design and maintenance are central to portfolio outcomes.

Quantum runs systematic global macro and managed futures strategies.
