Managing Partner and Founder Jeep Kline leads the investment team. Kline brings more than 20 years of technology and venture capital experience, including prior roles as a senior executive at Intel and as a World Bank economist. The firm does not publicly name additional investment committee members, but the core team includes professionals with backgrounds at Google AI, Morgan Stanley, and BCG.

The firm sources through a combination of traditional venture networks, cross-border relationships between Silicon Valley and Southeast Asia, and an in-house fellowship program that embeds MBA and PhD candidates in proactive deal sourcing. The fellowship runs structured outbound outreach and market research alongside the investment team. Raisewell also highlights its advisory network—which includes former White House economic leadership and Berkeley faculty—as a sourcing advantage.

Raisewell invests from pre-seed through Series B, with the flexibility to support portfolio companies as they scale through later rounds. The firm describes itself as a global early-to-mid-stage fund, and its fellowship program materials reference evaluating companies that align with its investment thesis across the full early-stage spectrum.

Raisewell does not publish a negative sector screen. Its stated focus is tech and AI infrastructure, robotics and manufacturing, and health tech. By omission, the firm does not indicate involvement in consumer internet, enterprise SaaS outside deep tech applications, fintech, or biotech therapeutic discovery.

Jeep Kline has stated that Raisewell is her fourth fund, making her the first Thai woman to launch a US-based impact venture capital fund. The firm does not disclose the names or performance of her three previous vehicles. Raisewell operates as a limited liability company under the name Raisewell Ventures, LLC.
