RTP Global sources through its full-time investment teams in four global offices — New York, London, Paris, and Bangalore — that cover North America, Europe, India, and Southeast Asia. The firm also runs an exclusive founder network and events series where portfolio CEOs share playbooks and connections, creating an internal referral loop for new opportunities.

RTP Global is almost exclusively a direct investor, making equity investments from seed through Series B. The firm does not market a fund-of-funds strategy, though its recycled-capital model means it effectively acts as its own LP across successive funds. Any co-investment alongside external GPs happens on a direct-deal basis within rounds the firm leads or participates in.

The firm invests primarily at the seed, Series A, and Series B stages. It occasionally holds positions for up to 20 years and does not operate a dedicated growth-stage or buyout fund, concentrating instead on early-stage technology companies with global scaling potential.

Leonid Boguslavsky seeded the firm with the proceeds from selling his own technology company in 2000, along with most of his personal wealth. Since then, nearly all subsequent funds have been capitalized by recycling realized gains from portfolio exits — a model the firm states aligns its timeline with founders rather than outside LPs.
