Decisions are led by the three Rubinstein co-founders: Robert Rubinstein, chairman, who sets investment strategy, and Ilan Rubinstein and Erez Rubinstein, both co-founders and principals. The principals also operate Ruby Capital, a boutique real estate investment company that provides creative financing to third-party sponsors across the capital stack. There is no public evidence of Ruby Ventures allocating to external private equity or venture capital funds.
