Dave Chitester, the founder of SeedFunders, also founded Florida Funders, an earlier Tampa Bay investment firm. Florida Funders operates as a separate entity that blends angel investing with a venture capital fund structure, while SeedFunders remains a pure angel network focused on earlier-stage, pre-revenue deals.
