General Information
SERTPREV – Instituto Municipal de Previdência de Sertãozinho/SP was created by Law 6.393 on June 7, 2018, and installed by Law 6.432 on August 9, 2018. It succeeded the Provident Fund for Statutory Public Servants of the Municipality of Sertãozinho, which originated from Municipal Law nº 3.460 on February 9, 2000. Its objective is to fund and guarantee the Own Social Security Regime for municipal civil servants. With over 26 years since its original creation, Sertprev currently manages a patrimony of nearly R$ 800 million, ensuring the payment of retirements and pensions for municipal employees.
