Three founding partners lead independent vertical funds: 白文涛 (hard technology), 黄反之 (healthcare), and 崔欣欣 (consumer innovation). Each has dedicated investment committees within their domain. 白文涛 serves as overall firm founder, but the sector mandates provide broad autonomy.

Since 2007, Share Capital has operated three parallel, sector-focused venture funds — healthcare, hard technology, and consumer. Each fund maintains its own general partner, investment team, and deal pipeline. The healthcare vertical alone lists four sector-dedicated partners or managing directors, including a former FDA reviewer and a molecular biologist.

Share Capital originates at seed and start-up stages and follows on through growth equity. Its angel-stage entity, 深圳市享融创业投资合伙企业, was ranked a top-three exiting sub-fund by Shenzhen Angel FOF in 2024 (per the firm, December 2024). The firm positions early-stage 'zero-to-one' innovation as a core competency — particularly in hard technology and drug discovery.

The firm structures its entire operation around three sectors: healthcare (innovative drugs, medical devices, diagnostics, digital health), hard technology (smart manufacturing, new materials, energy transition), and consumer innovation (Gen-Z brands, new retail formats, service models). There is no evidence of a generalist or multi-sector vehicle outside these three verticals.

No dedicated philanthropic structure is disclosed. Founding partner 白文涛 holds a range of ecosystem-building roles — including as a board member of 北京大学工学院, a founding trustee of 混沌大学, and a mentor at 北京大学创业训练营 and AAMA — but these are personal commitments rather than a separate Share Capital institution.
