Founder and Chairman Anthony Manna acts as lead strategist, with Partner Mark Corr overseeing commercial development and international initiatives. Day-to-day investment execution is distributed across managing directors embedded in each vertical — real estate, capital solutions, chemical manufacturing, and health and wellness — rather than centralized in a single investment committee.

Signet sources primarily through its in-house capital-solutions arm and its deep relationships with municipalities, health systems, and universities. Its capital-solutions team has placed financing for over 600 clients across more than 30 states, generating a proprietary pipeline of public-private partnership and direct investment opportunities that the firm can then underwrite, finance, and operate.

Signet operates as a private holding company, not a traditional fund. It acquires or launches operating businesses — including chemical manufacturers, fitness centers, and real estate developments — and holds them indefinitely. This permanent-capital structure removes fundraising cycles and allows the firm to manage assets with no predefined exit horizon.

Signet conducts direct investments and operates portfolio companies, but its capital-solutions arm also places debt and equity for external clients. The firm is not known to commit as a limited partner to third-party private equity funds; its model relies on direct ownership and operational control.

Anthony Manna, Signet’s founder and chairman, co-founded the business law firm Brennan, Manna and Diamond. The firm specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, healthcare, and real estate, providing a dedicated legal infrastructure that supports Signet’s transaction activity.

Signet routinely structures public-private partnerships and co-developments with local municipalities, health systems, and universities. Its capital-solutions group also syndicates equity to external investors for individual projects, functioning as a sponsor and co-investment facilitator rather than a pure proprietary capital pool.

Signet concentrates on real estate, specialty chemicals, health and wellness, and project finance. It has not disclosed activity in technology startups, consumer internet, or traditional buyout of enterprise software companies — its portfolio reflects an industrial, asset-heavy, community-centric orientation.
