Revenue is split between one-time implementation fees and recurring managed-services contracts.

Smart ERP Solutions announced that it is now part of Mythics, a larger Oracle partner headquartered in Virginia. Mythics holds substantial Oracle licensing and infrastructure contracts, particularly in the public sector, and the combined entity can offer clients Oracle software procurement alongside implementation and support services. The financial terms of the acquisition have not been publicly disclosed.

The firm lists expertise across more than a dozen verticals, including healthcare and life sciences, financial services and insurance, government and public sector, higher education, industrial manufacturing, retail and consumer packaged goods, utilities, and media and telecommunications. Its public client roster includes organizations in claims management, healthcare, recreational vehicles, and residential construction, reflecting a broad rather than niche industry focus.

Beyond implementation and managed services, the firm develops proprietary solutions that extend Oracle applications. These include Smart Onboarding for HR automation, Smart E-Verify for employment eligibility verification, and Smart Test Automation for quality-assurance testing. All are available through the Oracle Cloud Marketplace and are designed to add functionality that Oracle’s base modules do not cover natively.

With approximately 350 employees and 300-plus clients, the firm occupies the mid-market tier of the Oracle partner ecosystem. It is smaller than global systems integrators like Accenture or Deloitte by orders of magnitude, but its specialization in the Oracle stack—and now its combination with Mythics—gives it a depth of Oracle-specific expertise that generalist consultancies may not match for mid-sized deployments.
