Union Corrugating Company operates as a brand of Cornerstone Building Brands, which is the largest manufacturer of exterior building products in North America. Cornerstone provides centralized manufacturing, procurement, and R&D support to the Union Corrugating business, but the brand maintains its own seven-plant production and distribution footprint.

The company supplies metal roofing, wall panels, and building components to three segments: residential, commercial, and agricultural customers. Within residential, it works through a contractor-installer program and big-box retail; commercial and agricultural orders are routed through direct sales and dealer networks.

Seven manufacturing and distribution facilities spread across the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and central United States position finished-goods inventory close to demand centers. That regional layout allows the company to promise faster delivery than competitors that centralize production, particularly during hurricane-driven reroofing spikes or seasonal demand peaks.

The brand won Lowe’s Vendor Partner of the Year for Building Materials in 2020 and received Metal of Honor Awards in both 2021 and 2022. Rural Builder Gold Key of Excellence Awards were also awarded in 2021 and 2022, reflecting consistent delivery and product performance.

Beyond roof panels for residential, commercial, and agricultural applications, the company produces metal wall systems, pre-engineered building components, and mini-storage solutions. These product lines allow it to supply complete building-envelope packages to contractors and builders.
