Wingstop Charities is a Dallas-based institutional endowment and foundation focused on strengthening communities where Wingstop operates. The organization deploys micro grants and major grants to nonprofit organizations through an invitation-only application process, explicitly excluding unsolicited proposals. Its grant-making strategy targets five core sectors: environment, education, wellness and sports, food insecurity, and entrepreneurship. Funding supports initiatives ranging from educational access and literacy to sustainability, conservation, and small business mentorship. The foundation also operates the Wingstop Foundation, a subsidiary dedicated exclusively to supporting Wingstop team members during unforeseen emergencies and natural disasters. Through the Morrison Family Scholarship Program, the charity provides up to $5,000 per year for first-generation team members pursuing undergraduate, graduate, or technical certifications.
