List of Sub-processors

Altss engages a limited number of third-party service providers (“sub-processors”) to help deliver the Altss platform. This page lists the sub-processors that may process customer personal data in connection with the Services. Each sub-processor is bound by written agreements that impose data protection obligations consistent with Altss’s obligations to customers under our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) and applicable privacy laws.

Data Processing Addendum

Altss’s Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) governs the processing of personal data under our customer agreements and incorporates the list of sub-processors above. The DPA is available to current and prospective customers on request.

The DPA includes:

  • Roles of the parties (controller / processor)
  • Scope, purpose, and duration of processing
  • International data transfer mechanisms (EU Standard Contractual Clauses, UK Addendum)
  • Technical and organizational security measures
  • Sub-processor engagement terms and notification rights
  • Data subject rights and assistance
  • Breach notification commitments
  • Audit and deletion provisions

Changes to this list

Altss may engage additional sub-processors from time to time to support the delivery of the Services. We will notify customers at least thirty (30) days before any new sub-processor begins processing customer personal data.

Customers may object to a new sub-processor on reasonable data protection grounds by contacting privacy@altss.com within the notification period. Altss and the customer will work in good faith to resolve the objection; if unresolved, the customer may terminate the affected Services in accordance with the Agreement.
