CY Capital was established in 2014 by David Chiu, a member of the Chiu family whose primary operating business is Far East Consortium International Ltd. The office oversees the family's investment activities from its base in Qinhuangdao with additional operations in Hong Kong. The firm deploys capital through direct co-investments, SPVs, private equity, private credit, real estate and fund-of-funds structures. It targets growth, seed and pre-seed stages in Digital Health, FinTech, ClimateTech, PropTech and related sectors. Geographic reach includes Asia, Europe, North America and South America.
