Dayah Capital

Dayah Capital is the single-family office of Salem Dayah, a Jordanian telecom executive who served as Chairman of Aqaba Development Corporation and held leadership roles at Jordan Telecom and Umniah Mobile Company. His career spanned the privatization and expansion of Jordan's telecommunications infrastructure.

Dayah Capital pursues direct equity positions in growth-stage and mature companies, concentrating on the Levant region with particular depth in Jordan. The office favors control and significant minority stakes, targeting sectors where Salem Dayah's operational experience provides a structuring edge — historically telecommunications, logistics, real estate, and hospitality.

The firm's primary focus is Jordan and the broader Levant, consistent with the principal's network and expertise. While select global co-investments are possible, Dayah Capital's public investment footprint remains concentrated in the Middle East and North Africa region.

Dayah Capital is a separate private entity from Aqaba Development Corporation (ADC), the government-owned company responsible for developing Jordan's Aqaba Special Economic Zone. However, Salem Dayah served as ADC's Chairman, and that deep public-private infrastructure experience shapes Dayah Capital's investment approach and sourcing capabilities.

Dayah Capital operates as a single-family office and is not known to manage third-party capital or offer services to external families.
