Eastbridge Group was established in 1990 by Yaron “Ronny” Bruckner. The founder built the capital base through retail and property activities before his death in 2013. Family members now oversee the office from Luxembourg. The firm allocates across real estate, private equity, and venture stages. It holds direct interests in New York assets such as 70 Pine Street, 20 Exchange Place, and 67 Wall Street. Additional holdings include the Duna House portfolio in Central and Eastern Europe and the Centrum Development & Investments portfolio in Poland. Eastbridge also commits to early-stage and growth opportunities in AI/ML, semiconductors, and space technology. Geographic reach centers on Europe and North America with selective exposure in the Middle East. The office employs a compact team of family principals and long-term partners. Davina Bruckner serves as chairwoman and Dan Bruckner as principal. Jason Beren acts as CFO while leading DTH Capital. The firm maintains membership in the Urban Land Institute and supports the Matanel Foundation alongside the Brain Tumor Investment Fund. No material operational changes occurred in the last 24 months. Eastbridge structures investments through a hybrid model that combines wholly owned real-estate vehicles with co-investment SPVs alongside external partners. This architecture allows the family to retain control over core property assets while accessing third-party deal flow in technology sectors without operating a traditional fund.
