EURAS-Invest was established in 2006 to manage the financial interests of the Hübner family. Robert Hübner serves as managing partner and continues the real-estate focus begun by the RH Unternehmensgruppe in 1956. The office concentrates on direct real-estate ownership and development. It holds completed assets such as Eschenpalais in Munich, Hotel Zoo Berlin, and Hotel Schloss Lebenberg in Kitzbühel. It also executes new projects including the Go Four It business quarter in Munich-Moosach, developed with Competo Capital Partners and scheduled for phased handover beginning November 2026. Capital is deployed through direct ownership, joint ventures, and selective co-investments. Geographic reach covers Germany and Austria with additional exposure noted across Europe, North America, and Asia. The team maintains offices in Munich, Berlin, Grünwald, and Kitzbühel. Robert Hübner participates in the EAGLES Charity Club and supports the Bayerische Staatsoper Premium Circle. No headcount figure is published. A recent operational milestone occurred when the first construction phase of Go Four It reached its topping-out ceremony. EURAS-Invest sits inside the RH Unternehmensgruppe, allowing the family office to originate deals through the group's development platform rather than relying solely on external managers. This structure keeps project development, asset management, and capital allocation under one ownership line.
