FMC Corporation Pension Plan

FMC Corporation underwent a series of transformative moves in the 2010s, including an asset swap with DuPont to acquire a broader crop-protection portfolio and the divestiture of its lithium and health-nutrition segments. Earlier, FMC Technologies was spun off in 2001, and JBT Corporation was separated from FMC Technologies in 2008. Each of these corporate separations involved the transfer or allocation of pension assets and liabilities, meaning the current plan reflects a narrower employee base than FMC's historical industrial conglomerate structure.

FMC Corporation has committed to 1.5°C-aligned science-based targets through the SBTi and is a signatory to the UN Global Compact.
